Grocery Greg's Grocery
is typical of many commercial structures built
between the1880's and 1920's across North America.
The barbershop next door is designed to look as
though it was built as an addition to the main
building. These types of storefronts can be found
in both cities and small towns, so the structure is
suitable for just about any locale and any era, on
any layout. This is a
limited-edition item. Only 250 kits will be
produced. S-scale Kit #2 Middleton & Sons
Warehouse and Transfer The Middleton
& Sons Warehouse is a common North American
industrial building from the turn of the century.
The rail siding is long enough to accomodate two
boxcars. The windows and doors are laser-cut wood
and you can model them open or closed. This kit
features incredible brick detail unmatched by any
S-scale kit offered! Only 100 kits
will be produced.
S-scale Kit #3 Forest City
Welding Forest City
Welding is a laser-cut wood kit with resin details.
Corrugated metal roofing and color signs are
included. Only 100 kits
will be produced. S-scale Kit #4 Prince Edward Express
Co. The Prince
Edward Express Company is a brick freight office
with an attached board and batten freight shed and
dock. The 7" X 22" cast-resin and laser-cut wood
model will accomodate two boxcars. This building
features the incredible brick detail that Grand
River Models' kits have become famous for.
Only 100 kits
