space			The Middleton & Sons Warehouse is a typical North American industrial building from the turn of the century. The rail siding is long enough to accomodate two boxcars. The windows and doors are laser-cut wood and you can model them open or closed. The footprint of the scene is approximately 27" X 27", but it can be worked into a space as narrow as 18" on shelf-style layouts. This is a limited-edition item. Only 100 kits will be produced. A boilerhouse, smokestack and machine shop will be available as accessory kits at a future date.

space	The forklift truck is cast in resin and is madeup of ten individual parts for exceptional detail. The laser-cut wood loading dock is the perfect place to display your 1:64 truck models, or you can add an additional rail siding to service the building. Middleton Warehouse features incredible brick detail unmatched by any S-scale kit offered. The scale-sized bricks on the production masters have been laid by hand, row by row. The clear styrene for the windows has been pre-scribed by laser. This means that almost all the window "glass" has been precut for you, saving time and frustration.
space	The billboard features finely detailed laser-cut wood parts. Five different signs are included, so you can model almost any time period. Middleton & Sons Warehouse and Transfer sets a new standard in S-scale.
